Since January 2021, GEHOLIT+WIEMER Lack und Kunststoff-Chemie GmbH is part of the Swiss KABE Swiss Group. The Bubenhofer family has taken over all the shares of the German, medium-sized coating material manufacturer in the context of a succession solution. Until now, the company has also been a family business and will continue to operate with its locations in Switzerland and abroad as an independent company under the roof of the Swiss Group.
