GSB/Qualicoat boil test
Boil test according to GSB or Qualicoat specifications for a quick evaluation of the coating quality and the pre-treatment.

Qualicoat water spot test
Test required by Qualicoat involving the blanching process, which is the absorption of water into the structure of a cured powder coating that comes into contact with water and heat for a specific period. This can cause the affected area of the coating to become lighter in colour and matt in texture.

GSB test for resistance to the effects of moisture
Test required by GSB that also involves the blanching process and contact with water for 4 hours.
